Slow Speed On Mobile & Data Sim

Hi EE,

I live in Northolt. My internet is very slow in my area last few days. Its so slow especially my data sim around 10-12 mbps. All sim cards barely get 1-2 bar right now. When I do speedtest, i says im connected to BT. Is there some work going in my area. I didn't get any text message. 

Please help. I have 5 sim card only deals with EE network including 5G Data Sim. Data sim was doing 150-200 mbps average before. I am planning to get virgin media for home network otherwise.

Or could it be wind that's affecting ee network in my area.

Use the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee in the first instance. Then either "keep me posted" or "report a problem" depending on the results.

Using the same tool, you can register upto 5 UK locations for proactive updates of planned & unplanned issues - use the "my places" option.

How to do it for Data Sim router? zte mc888. Can't find it on list

Hi @anonannbarr,

I'd recommend selecting the closest device to yours in the list, such as an EE 4GEE WiFi router.

I feel its only my data sim. It was never connected to BT network before. I better give cs a call.
