Hi can some one help me please I've received my new samsung s23 today but the sim slot 1 is showing emergency calls only

@Welsh1991  Have you put your old sim in the device or did you receive a new sim ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
The new one that came with it today its working fine in slot 2 but not slot
1

Is this an upgrade phone or new connection?

If an upgrade, does your existing SIM work in the other SIM slot? How about your old phone?

Yeah upgrade the sim works in slot 2 but when I put it in slot 1 emergency
calls only

Hi @Welsh1991 

Are your SIM services and SIM one activated under settings - connections - SIM manager. 

Also make sure the SIM is inserted correctly.

Yes when I go to sim manager it shows ee my number but its saying emergency
calls only

Hi , nope I don't have a esim I was wondering what they was and how I would
be able to get one, but I don't understand why this sim slot is like this
when I put 2 sins in together one says emergency calls the other says no
service

You should be able to use both SIM card slots if you don't have an eSIM installed.
