I am having problem with signal of EE sim recently since 3 weeks. Mobile goes totally out of range . No calls no internet or texts. Im posting this with my home broadband wifi , have no coverage of sim card. Sometimes resetting or switching on and off did works but not most of times. Today i went MATLOCK city in a Fair and lost my signal there. No navigation no calls to find a way. I have tried everything but nothing work , had complaint of signal to EE but no one did bother to come back . IDK what should i do.

@Hsr147  Can you try a different EE sim in your phone ?  to see if that gets a signal.   It could be your phone or you might need to request a replacement SIM card as that could be the issue.     As you say it’s in multiple locations so I doubt it’s the EE network that’s at fault as you’ll be using multiple masts to get a signal in different locations.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

On the face of it, a lack of coverage for such an extended period across an extended area, is less likely to be a network issue and potentially a fault with your phone.

Trying another known working EE SIM with your phone, or your SIM in a known working phone, would be an excellent test.

Hi thanks for reply. This is 6 months old sim card . Actually E-SIM.

Im using 13 pro max now. Due to network issue i hv changed 3 phones.
