Hi. Bt have closed my account as swapped to ee but no signal and absolutely nowhere to get online support with accounts??

Please help

Hi. It looks like the switch from bt to ee isn't immediate.... Is this the case?

My phones just on emergency calls only?

@Warwick1o8  if you’re a contract customer live chat is available via the EE app under help.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you but I'm just on emergency calls only with no signal so I'm guessing from bt closing there's a gap between ee starting?

This is the only online support I can find.
