There are numerous "best network" awards, some of which are based on cheapest price regardless of network quality.

Sounds like those may suit your criteria.

Not really a helpful post. Can you prove more information on where you are having issues, what device, are you on PAYG or pay monthly contract.

@Zain31  The  best network awarded to EE has nothing to do with what you agreed to pay for that tariff.
