Hi there - is anyone else having issues with their network - I have no bars at all. Every so often may get one and then disappears. 
Have restarted phone, put on airplane mode and then turned off - have checked updates and looked online and signal and network in area is fine. 

Have tried to call 150 and no one picking up and just get a message saying at this time they can't reach me.

When you say "looked online and signal and network in area is fine" - did you use the "check coverage" option, or "check status"? The two do different things.

If you perform a manual network search on your phone, does EE show as available? If you have a working WiFi-connection, you should at least be able to use WiFi-calling as a temporary measure. This will also prove your account as being live.
