Hi there is no mobile signal at my post code. This affects any phone so not just my service. The coverage checker say no issue and that I can even get 5G. Can someone check please as can never get through to you to discuss.

Is this a recent problem, that could be caused by a temporary outage? Or are you reporting a long-term service issue?

If the former, use the online coverage tool at https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee and select "check status".

Depending on the response, you can either register for updates or use "report a problem"
