Hello, could you please tell me why I’ve had no signal/network for 2 days now? It happened in October for a week also as I know my local area network was being improved, but I thought all that was sorted as my signal came back. I’ve had no message from EE to say my network will be down, I live in vale of white horse county if that helps.

@Kmorris85  Have a look at THIS  and click the check status tab.    if there isn’t planed maintance and the network has gone down this cannot be reported you as it’s a mast fault. You could try using Wi-Fi calling
