Hi I have just ordered broadband yesterday and the customer care assistant upgraded my mob data to unlimited but i can’t call or no one can call me . I can’t even call 150 to EE to talk about this matter and EE does not have live chat .

It’s so weird as I can’t even call EE team to look into this matter. I’m really stuck. Please anyone reach out my message to EE team so they can look into this. I can’t make call and no one can call me . Only what’s up is working which is different.
