I have a pretty serious problem, I have no signal at work and at home at all, I talked to what's up with ee and they keep telling me that it is, I can't use their contract, and the surprise also costs me extra money. I tried to keep talking to them and they tell me that they are not at the moment, I asked about colleagues who have cards with them and they said that they have been fighting for two years and keep telling them, but they are callous and unserious, they are only interested in money, no they think people can't use their internet

I'd recommend checking for problems in your area using the Network & Coverage Tool.
Put in your postcode and choose your phone model, then click 'Check Status'.

Every network has good and bad coverage areas, and 100% national indoor coverage is unlikely to ever happen. Anytime you have indoor coverage issues but have WiFi coverage, you can use WiFi-calling to continue using your phone as normal.

By posting on this internet forum, it suggests you have home broadband - do you have a WiFi router?
