Signal keeps dropping

Hi, been having issues for a round 4-5 months were I am on a call and the signal just drops out then my phone needs either restarting or putting in to aeroplane mode and out again. I originally thought this was a phone issue but I have since upgraded and still the same problem! The 5G disappears from top corner and signal starts searching, I had a SIM card in my old phone but the new phone I have an ESIM so it's not a SIM card issue either, so fed up with it now I have upgraded for no reason as it seems there was nothing wrong with my old phone

Sorry to hear you’re facing problems with signal. 

If this only happens in one postcode area, you can check coverage and network status at Check mobile coverage where you can also report any issues you are facing, as well as sign up for updates on any known issues that may be going on. 

You can also try testing the same by dropping your network signal to 4G mode to see if you continue to have dropped calls.
