Totally agree, the service is not fit for purpose. Travelling from St Pancras to Margate, trying to do some work. I’m 1 hour into the journey and still haven’t been able to do anything.

also service at my work is non existent in Westgate, time to move to another provider for my whole household of 6 phones and broadband.

@Frwshprince882  Your fixed line broadband has nothing to do with the mobile network.  And the mobile network is working fine for me.     And it appears the service is working for you as you’re posting on here.

Was your phone showing coverage during this journey? I can't tell whether you're reporting poor coverage, or poor data speeds.

Across such a lengthy distance, that seems unusual.

Fixed line broadband does use different technology to the mobile network.
