Why can't I access a list of the calls/items which make up Extra Charges on my mobile bill without calling the customer care team?  Should this breakdown not be routinely available as part of billing information?

Why didn't EU roaming text arrive..

My daughter is in France now but the roaming didn't automatically activate and a text welcoming her to the country didn't arrive..I paid for unlimited data top up before she left and increased her spend cap as advised.. by staff in store.Any help app...
