The place where I live I get 1/2 bars of service. Yet people who live with get 4 bars and are with EE why is this? Im literally paying for a service that doesn’t hardly work. Disgusting

Are both yourself and the people you live with, all on either pay-monthly or PAYG? There can be some differences between the two in some scenarios.

If multiple EE users are getting different levels of service, there may be a fault. Try a SIM-swap with one of your housemates - so your SIM in one of their phones, and one of their SIMs in your phone.

See if the problem follows the swap or remains with the phone, to identify where the fault lies.

@V31_Lima   What devices are these ?   And are these devices in a phone case ?    If you’re all on contract then there is no network difference between the contracts and it’s the device that’s the issue.   But what devices are these ?
