Does your phone display VoLTE/4G-calling when your calls are breaking up and/or dropping?

Is this only in one-specific location?

WiFi-calling is an excellent mitigation for indoor coverage issues, whenever they occur.

No it's not and I've tried everything as I mentioned I never had any issues in my flat where the problem is before I moved to EE I was able to speak to someone without it breaking up and I never had to hang out a window it's only happening in my flat never had this problem with giff gaff I was able to move freely from room to room can't do that now and the signal in area has been saying good since I moved to EE but that's rubbish I'm going to contact giff gaff see if I can change back .

Your first post didn't make any mention of what steps you've tried, hence the additional questions to try to offer some help. It may be that you live in a poor coverage area for EE, every network has them but WiFi-calling is an excellent mitigation for this - if it's the reason.

If VoLTE/4G-calling isn't shown, then your voice calls are dropping back to 2G/3G which may be part of the issue. A methodical approach can often help resolve coverage issues.
