Nothing works

Have messages but when ring the number provided nothing works ? Was sold a package. Told no downtime. Was a lie ? Had no access to my businesses for 10 days. They don't care. Its all nonsense.  They charge whatever they want. You have no control.

What package ?

Downtime ?  What does that mean ? 

What are you actually on about because this is just rambling 

You are charged according to what ever it is you are signed up for and anything that’s not covered by that allowance.
