Reporting issues via text

Weazle
Visitor

I used to be able to report network issues via text but it appears that EE have removed this option from 150. Today I had no 5G or indeed any mobile Internet but the "help" was telling me to go to the website....  This seems absolutely ridiculous!

Anyone had this problem, or know how to access help by text?

Hi @Weazle

I'm disappointed to hear that you experienced issues with your services earlier today, and I hope this has now been resolved.

Our help page Fixing Mobile Signal Problems, will provide you with a couple of things to try first. If they don't resolve the issue, then it will refer you to visit our Coverage Checker, and you can Check Network Problems in Your Area

We do also have a text service in place. You can text NETWORK STATUS to 150 and follow the prompts for us to review your postcode area. See our help page Text services for pay monthly mobile for all text options.

I hope this helps,
Linzi
