My friends and I are facing the same problem they do that on purpose so you renew your contract.

@ElGus   That’s funny as I’ve never encountered this issue and in fact my other half is out of contract and has been for over a year plus  now and doesn’t have any issues.

All pay-monthly users receive the same service regardless of contractual status.
