What’s happening to ee

I’ve been with EE years and signal has always been brilliant. The last 1-2 years when FaceTiming out and about it always breaks up. Used to get amazing signal in our house which we now struggle to get even 3g. Even in town centres constantly getting no signal

Hi, 

I have for the home issue but to be honest it’s been an issue for a while. I’ve been getting messages constantly saying there is a problem in the area so don’t hold out much hope.
It doesn’t explain why FaceTime calls and general signal has just dropped everywhere else either.

I would suggest reporting this to our tech gurus in 150, they will get this looked into in more detail and run through some troubleshooting with you.
