My signal is rubbish since the last lot of updates

EE is now utter rubbish, its not just local either. I work from home and even their Wi-Fi calling is a waste of time and I have a 70mbs internet connection, which never drops, so its not my internet.

I can no longer hold a call at home. What happened, EE used to give rock solid connections and calls. Now its all but a waste of time using my mobile. If this doesnt change I will be moving to another provider.

If you enable flight mode and then manually enable WiFi, are you able to hold calls? This will make completely sure that a call is over WiFi and is not using "mobile preferred".

How long have you been having these problems?
