Did you stay with EE or leave? My signal coverage has gone bad and I can’t make phone calls or receive them.

Left, they didn’t help in the slightest and made me pay for further 10 months of contract, issuing me a letter of deadlock -,totally unfair after years being with them - will NEVER use them again and would advise others that their customer loyalty is zero in my case.

What type of coverage issue are you querying?

Is this lack of coverage in a particular area, having moved from a previous locality?

Or that there seems to be a temporary outage in an area where there wasn't before?

I’ve done the service checker to receive and make phone calls everything is fine. But the last few months the only place in my house I can get signal is hanging out of my son’s bedroom window.

There may have been some optimisation activity in your case, usually with the aim of improving overall coverage.

Do you have a WiFi-router at home? WiFi-calling would be a good solution if so.

It allows you full use of your phone for calls & texts without needing any mobile coverage. Calls will hand between 4G-mobile & WiFi as necessary outdoors.
