Pay for my mums contract good coverage area apparently not true can’t text phone get on internet.Family live other end of country can’t reach her

@Pange the coverage checker is a guide and it does state this, it’s not a guarantee of service.
Have you checked to see if there is a network issue in that area via the coverage checker and clicking the check status tab ?

WiFi-calling is an excellent mitigation for poor indoor coverage whenever it happens. It allows full use of a phone for calls & texts regardless of mobile coverage.
