Network not working - how do I fix?

For the past 24 hours at least anyone who tries to ring me gets  the message ' I'm sorry this number  is temporarily unavailable.......' . Yet I can dial out, send texts and have data. What is going on?

Sorted - needed a network up date from Technical support. 3 tries to get through then an hour on hold/in call. Bit frustrating as no real explanation for the problem given.

Hi @mcaq 

I'd recommend checking for problems in your area using the Network & Coverage Tool.

Put in your postcode and choose your phone model, then click 'Check Status'.

Everything works normally except for incoming calls via the SIM. Hence the network is working.

What type of phone is it?

Could you have inadvertently turned on a do not disturb mode?

Thanks but no, checked  all that and moved between SIM1 and SIM2 so narrowed down to an incoming call issue. Tried to get help via 150, automated system says it will do a diagnostics and send me a text but that was over an hour ago and nothing ( I am receiving text massages)

Have you received any updates yet?

If not, I'd recommend calling Technical Support so a member of the team can take a look at it for you.
