hi,
is anyone else also having issues today? Or is it my phone???? My phone has disconnected calls many times yesterday and it is still going on now. The WiFi calling doesn't help, same issue (I get disconnected after about 1 minute). I can't contact customer services, because my call gets disconnected before I get to speak to someone.....and when I use my landline to call customer services, I stay in a queue for ages (and that phone call is not free!) Is it just waiting for them to fix the problem? Has anyone got any suggestions, I need my phone to work from home.....
Very frustrating!

It's unusual to experience the same issue over both mobile and WiFi calls.
Could you try restarting your phone and let me know if the issue persists?

Hi James,
I have restarted my phone as you suggested. I have no trouble receiving calls now. I have also made a call and was not cut-off , so hopefully that has resolved the problem. Fingers crossed!
