Hi @Glenn1888

Are you reporting problems with EE mobile services, and also EE home broadband?

They will be separate faults if so.

You can check for known issues on EE mobile using the "check status" option on the coverage tool

You can safely choose the nearest equivalent phone to get a valid network-status search.

It would also be worth restarting your phone as a precaution.

@Glenn1888 , you just need to put your postcode in and then just enter any phone it then should work and  then you should be able to check status.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
