Awful service since around two weeks before Xmas here also.. Literally NO service!? New Sim same issue in the same areas so it isn't my phone like EE have tried to say... I have been a Sim user with EE for 10 years and no issues until recently. Frustrating.

Hi just a quick update:
The issue I had in the end was old Android software (version 9) since I have had my new phone which is running the latest Android software I have had no more issues....
