Hi,
I’ve had this problem for weeks on end. I have an EE sim and have tried multiple ways to increase my signal service from zero to at least one or more.
can you help me????

Is it a pay as you go SIM @Eeuser121?
If it has been out of use for some time, it could be in hibernation or have been disconnected permanently.

If it has been over 273 days since it was last used, you would need to purchase a new SIM with a new number. If it hasn't been that long, our Customer Care Team can reactivate it for you.
