Re: EE Mobile reception in reigate surrey

I have experienced the same issue.  The EE coverage tracker suggests there should be a strong signal but there isnt.  2 bars at best.  Have you had any luck resolving the problem?

The signal indicators on your phone are only a rough guide, but 2 bars should be plenty for good service.

Are you having any problems making or receiving calls, or using mobile data?

I have just checked the status on the online tool and they are stating that there is a 'service problem' in the area.  My concern is that this has been like this for a month now so there is clearly no rush to fix it. I agree 2 bars can be sufficient as long as it is consistent and doesn't drift down to 1 and sometimes none as is the case here. They need to get on and fix the problem.

The necessary fix may have a dependency that's outwith EE's direct control. Delays to fault fixes don't necessarily mean there's no rush - as frustrating as this can be.
