EE Mobile reception in reigate surrey

over the last month phone reception has got steadily worse in reigate  - call regularly not connecting, or connecting , but unable to be heard by the person you are calling

hugely frustrating

If you have the internet and your phone supports wifi calling, then you can enable it.

Does your phone show VoLTE, 3G or 2G when this happens? And has that changed noticeably?

The advice above to check the status page is certainly the best first-line step.
