Have you got any further with "there is a problem with the towers", this happens very often where I live but I never see any work being carried out at the actual mast. Is this a software issue?

I know you've had a couple of other threads about an antenna install, but what's the issue you're having?
Not all faults require physical climbing of towers or even site attendance. It all depends on the nature of the problem.
