I’m in ws10 and have a mast within two hundred yards of where I live I don’t have access to WiFi so this is effecting me it’s not what I pay for

Are you aware of anyone else experiencing the same issues?
Have you been able to check your area using the Network Status Checker?
This will show you if we are aware of anything, you will also be able to report a problem for this to be investigated.

Hello Katie the network checker is showing that there’s a problem in the area it’s been like it for a week now

Hi.
My wife and I are both with ee and also in WS10 area. I can confirm that the problem is still very much there for both of us.
We did have strong signal at one point but for the last couple of weeks, nothing. We are both better away from the area (my wife works in Wolverhampton and I work in Birmingham) so it’s definitely a local issue.

Our office is in WS10 so we can monitor performance all day, every day. Signal has been in decline for a few weeks. Almost no signal all day today. It is getting worse not better.
The Network Status Checker is never working when I try to use it.

Yes there are problems in ws10 iv had to come outside of my house to get the Internet. I know it is called a mobile phone but I should be able to get the internet inside my house. My cable internet has gone down and I would normally piggyback off that. This has been a problem for years and think it should be addressed now as I really don't have the time and energy, I will just go to another provider. I've complained about this before. This area is obviously neglected by ee as this would have been solved by now.

My EE phone service in WS10 has so bad since All the equipment was taken down from the waterworks chimney in Brunswick park road.
