Our EE mobile data hub is out of action, it doesn't connect to another mast?

Hi
Dad uses an ee mobile pay as you go hub with his Portal for face time with friends and family, this has been disconnected since the Haddenham mast fire. I am currently staying with him and my BT phone has no Internet, text messages are not being received or sent in real time. Any suggestions when issues will be resolved?

If you enter the postcode on the coverage checker, and select 'check status' you will have the option to register for updates on the area. Our network team will send an update when they have more information.

Did this when issues first started, several 'its taking longer than expected' messages followed by several days of nothing until yesterday when it was 'we will need to send an engineer'.
I appreciate there has been a fire and our nearest mast is damaged, just asking what the anticipated timescales for repair are.
