Me and my partner have recently signed up to EE following a sales conversation. We have taken up two mobile contracts with EE, one for 200GB and one for 250MB, with the sales person CLEARLY stating multiple times that you can set up a standing order and transfer 100GB of data each month. Seemed like win win, as I will never use anywhere near 200GB and it allowed us to lower our monthly price.
Set everything up today, and after conversation on webchat I have been told there is no way to set this up as a standing order / automatic transfer and I have to do it manually. It's not the end of the world as it's easy enough to do, but I'm guaranteed we'll get caught out at least once in the 24 month period.
Why have we been falslely advertised this which could easily be proved if phone calls are recorded as stated on the call?

EE didn't falslely advertise this. 1 particular ignorant EE agent falslely advised it .

Hi @mroman94
I am very sorry this is not an option for data gifting, you would need to transfer the data to the other number throughout the billing month.
If you wish to discuss what you have been advised, please get in touch with the store you purchased the contracts from, or, call us on 150 and the team will see what they can do you help.
Thanks.
Leanne.
