Can't make or receive calls on either landline or mobile (both BT/EE)

I have exactly the same problem. I have driven down the road to get a sognal but neither ee number works nor bt.

Were you able to try calling from another phone, @Virgh1.

Once you're able to get through, our customer care team will be able to look into this for you. Are you near an EE Store?

Solution at last ….

E Sim. Choice of Personal calls or Primary calls. 

choosing personal or both does not work if you only have one phone number on your phone. 

according to the EEshop i visited today. The technology isn’t fully sorted yet and it gets confused.

this happens on some phones but not all.
