Re: 4g signal showing but no data and poor call quality

I am having the same issues for the past couple of days, terrible signal in my house and when I am outside I get barley an signal and no 4G/5G and this is also happening to my sons phone on EE - I need to be able to access 4G and signal when I am out for work.

Does the Network Status Checker show any problems in your area?

It says all is fine in my area and no issues raised...
