Improvements being carried out and faults in area for over 3 days, EE answer connect WiFi calling. Not getting what I pay for, is there recompense?

Local network outages and upgrade works are standard process for all network operators, and WiFi-calling is an excellent mitigation for indoor coverage issues. EE's T&Cs do allow for this, and don't guarantee fault-free 24x7 service in any given location.
