Poor signal

The mast that my phone connects to at home is terrible, signal is only 1 or 2 bars,it's been like this for a out a year,on signal checker it's always saying service problem and never gets fixed properly even when it says it has been fixed,when I go out and Connect to another mast I always have full signal bars..

Like I said,this problem been occurring for around a year and its still not been fixed properly, my Internet speed is terrible 🐌🐌
