For a long time I've had lots of issue with phone calls not connecting correctly. Either I can't hear them, or they can't hear me. Then when if does connect, it will regularly drop out. I put it down to my old phone, but after getting a new phone its actually got even worse. Happens with incoming and outgoing calls. My wife is on EE too and has no issues in the same house.
I can't call customer support due to these issues, and the AI chat bot on the message option is useless. EE please help!!!!

I have now. I assumed that would be on by default on new phones. Hopefully this make an improvement!

Also worth checking whether you have VoLTE/4G-calling displayed when your calls drop.
