The mast that my phone connects to at home is terrible, signal is only 1 or 2 bars,it's been like this for a out a year,on signal checker it's always saying service problem and never gets fixed properly even when it says it has been fixed, when I go out and Connect to another mast I always have full signal bars..

There isn't anything wrong with 1 or 2 bars - it's all I have most of the time and I don't have any service issues because of it.

What problems are you having with making or receiving calls?

Nothing wrong with 1 or 2 bars?my download speed is 0.24 and my upload speed is 0.96 when at home 🤷‍

I've had a similar problem when at home except I get 1 or 2 bars,my download speed is 0.24 and upload speed is 0.96, being going on for around a year, never gets properly fixed despite signal checker saying problem has been fixed, signal is full when I go out and connect to another mast

Hi @WhoAreU17

Thanks for coming here.

I would suggest getting in touch with our customer care team to get this looked into.

Let us know how you get on.

Leanne.

Hi,I've already done this, the local mast needs fixing properly or replacing with one that actually works properly, I've lost count on how many times signal checker says the problem has been fixed but hasn't, wouldn't surprise me if anybody doesn't actually go to the mast 🤷‍

What's your basis for being sure you're connecting to another site? You could be using different carriers on the same site, such as low-band 800Mhz indoors & high-band 1,3 or 7 outdoors.

That would also be a feasible explanation for your speed issues. Not all faults need physical site attendance, many can be resolved remotely.

Nearly everything I go on signal checker there is a fault that's being fixed in my postcode so it's not just me,how would I fix this problem remotely?
