The signal in my area has got worse now it’s pretty much useless. The technical agent told me to turn off 5g and this would help but it didn’t he told me my phone would automatically switch back to 5g when in a 5g area what rubbish you need to do it manually. Time they had people that knew what they were doing

I'm sorry you've been advised this information and you have to manually turn 5G on.
If you're experiencing service issues in the area please check our Service Status Checker for any reported problems. If nothing is showing you can report this to our network team and register for updates to be kept updated once this has been looked into. If you have WiFi available, you can use WiFi calling.

Hi I did report a signal issue, a case was opened then immediately closed, so I would be grateful if you can look into this issue for me.
