Poor Signal BL9 Bury

I'm receiving no signal at all at my home address, I have to get in my car and drive 3 minutes down the road to recieve just one bar of 5G. I've tried escalating the issue with EE but having no joy.

Is there anything I can do to improve this? I've tried all the recommended tips from EE.

@reynardvulpes   Do you normally get a signal there ?

And have you tried using WiFi calling ?

Is this a recent problem? What was the outcome of the call with EE-CS - what did they suggest by means of resolution?

WiFi-calling is a good mitigation for indoor issues, whilst known network outages should be listed on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker under "check status"

Not really, I've had it since I moved to the address a couple of months ago but it's increasingly frustrating me.

This was their response - Network update: We could not find a problem in BL9. This may have been a one off and we therefore recommend you restart your device. If you are still having problems, please call us on 150.

To be honest, I didn't know Wi-Fi calling was an option on my phone. Does this allow regular outgoing/incoming phonecalls?

Thanks for replying!

No, I've never been able to get signal there.

I'm not too sure what Wi-Fi calling is to be honest. Never used it!

Does the coverage broadly correlate with the "check coverage" option, allowing for local/indoor variance?

Was the poor coverage evident when you first viewed your home?

WiFi-calling allows full use of your phone for calls & texts, without needing any mobile coverage. The WiFi connection provides your radio link instead of the mobile network.
