Hi @heather7417

Welcome to the community.

If there were a network problem in your area, WiFi calling should improve the service. Is this something that's just started happening recently?

Chris

Hi  It has been working fine up until the last 2 days.
I had the issue months ago n had to turn WiFi calling on which I did b it’s been fine since until now.

OK. thank you, @heather7417

Could you pop your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status' please? It will let you know if we're aware of any problems in your area.

Same here today - strange as I 100% depend on WiFi calling in the house - has been fine all week

I can hear calls totally clearly - but they say my signal / clarity is terrible.

Have tried restarting phone - calls are clear for first few minutes then quality goes.

I did check that earlier but I can do it again.
Thanks

Yes exactly the same here.
Coverage says it’s fine so don’t get what’s changed

Hi @brianotoole @heather7417

What device are you using?

Does any other device have the same problem when connected to WiFi?

Leanne.

Mine is a huawei 30pro which has been perfect for years

Ironically people can hear me perfectly well if I go outside and use the very weak ee signal we have in this area

Its just today - and only on calls over wifi - which is essential in the house

Thanks @brianotoole

Can you try disconnecting from the WiFi, rebooting the router and reconnecting to see if this works better for you?

Leanne 🙂
