Phone cuts off on calls?

My phone keeps cutting off on calls? Also WiFi not good on my Data or WiFi? Any advice? Had this problem all last year and EE don’t do anything??

@ACA-65 Have you tried factory resetting the device? Wi-Fi has nothing to do with EE. So it probably a device issue

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
