Hi there @GRESELY

Thanks for coming here 🙂

If this is still the same today for you, please follow @bristolian's advice and on the Coverage Checker, select check service status and enter the postcode, this will let you know if there are any current problems.

If there are problems reported, you can sign up for updates and if there are none, you can report a problem.

Thanks.

Leanne.

Posting in all capitals on the internet is generally regarded as shouting, and thus rude - I recommend checking your caps lock.

If you are confident there is an EE-specific network issue in a particular area, you should follow the "report a problem" link on the status tool you hint at having checked.

The tool is poor at best. I have complained of a poor signal in my area for several months . All complaints are closed as resolved. It’s not! A visit to a store resulted in my being shown a masts map covering my area. Two known degraded towers cover my postcode resulting in no signal. Now they have refunded one months bill and tell me to call them each month for a similar payment.  I have been a customer for 20 years loyalty counts for nothing.

"Degraded" sites rarely result in outright lack of coverage.

The map shown to me clearly details the area affected. I assume rarely must be my issue. Which is why they are crediting my bill each month! Why the call centre or the auto bots cannot see such details and keep closing down complaints automatically does not add up and reflects poor customer service. After 20 years I feel used! What happened to customer service. Perhaps they spent all the training money on advertising.
They could use your knowledge.

Telecoms faults can be complex, CS bods are not trained to engineering level and neither should they be - it's not their job.

Unable to comment any further without having detailed knowledge of your locality etc.
