Hello,
My Outgoing on my EE is working but Incoming from Other Network is not working. It says that “This user is UnAvailable”. However, if I dial from my other EE number then I do receive incoming calls..”. Strange!
Is anyone else is having same issue?

I should have also queried - is your number a ported-in one? Or was it a natively-issued EE number?
A port-in is the common reason for routing issues to become apparent, but regardless of that - ported numbers are often the underlying cause.
If this is the case, you should report your issues to EE CS.

Yes I ported my number from Lyca to EE but 5 months ago. It was working perfectly. It is just like from the past 2 days.. The incoming from another networks is not working.. However, the 5G or 4G sometimes giving trouble and incoming is fine.
I have visited EE store just now in Coventry and the CS over there doesn’t seem to bother much and was unable to provide correct information that why I am having trouble receiving calls 🙁

Yes I have tried restarting the device multiple times and I am on pay monthly contract!

This will almost certainly be an issue with Lyca's routing data which affects you because your number was issued by them. EE have processes to resolve this, but you need to call 150 from your mobile and report it. A fault ticket will need to be raised by EE for those processes to be instigated.
Unless the retail store reported it to CS for you, it's no surprise they haven't resolved it.

Yes I am on call from the last 35 minutes and waiting for it to be answered from EE CS.
Hopefully, they will resolve it otherwise I really don’t know what to do next!

Not resolved yet. Ongoing. Escalated to tech support. But nothing has changed

Resolved,here.There was a network problem in my area and that caused me problems with receiving calls but the engineers fixed it right this morning and they sent me a text notification about it.
