The 4g internet for the last 2 weeks has been horrendous, constant outtages and dropouts, i am trying to work from home and working in google office which if opens is constantly lagging.
I have had to buy another sim with another provider (smarty).
I can stream and do my work and now even online meetings work without boming out.
So im stuck in an EE contract i cannot use due to the constant outtages.
Are they fixing the problem? How do i find out without been on hold for 45 minutes?

Yeah it says no issues, but the outages arnt on long enough to register

What about Check Coverage, anf have you reported any faults?

Yeah the coverage is supposed to be excellent, and it was.
I have reported a fault but no reply yet
