Outage in DG8 postcode

For the past 4 days WiFi and mobile signal has been non-existent between 0800 and 1500 hrs in my area.  Anyone else experiencing this problem?  It's not as if l can check for outages or routine maintenance issues online since my internet just also happens to be provided by EE!

WiFi is just a connection between a mobile device (laptop, tablet, phone) and broadband router, it's completely independent of EE's mobile network.

By posting on this internet forum, you evidently have a working internet connection - try checking for local outages by clicking "check status" on the online coverage tool

You have further options there, to either register for updates on existing issues, or report details of a suspected issue not yet listed.

@Panzerkat   on a similar note, if you are having issues with your Wi-Fi you should report a fault to your provider, if it is EE then follow the steps in the following help page.

Outages between the times you mention over multiple days could be indicative of planned works - the status page should reflect this if so.

This would only affect devices using EE's mobile network.

Is your Home Broadband playing up too? That's what's providing your WiFi at home & is distinct from the mobile network.
