Not able to contact EE

Hi,

Can anyone please advise. I changed my contract with EE yesterday. Somehow they managed to set it up so I have a new number. Phoned up EE customer services a number of times to get fixed - long story short I no longer have cellular connection on either number and it wont allow me to phone up EE customer service anymore. Any ideas what to do next?

Hi Debbie,

The online Customer Support chat just redirected me to call 150 - and I don't have a land line!

In the end I took a bus 40 minutes to the nearest EE store and the staff there helped fixed the issue caused by the EE phone team.

I'm sorry to hear you’re having trouble after changing your contract. I recommend getting in touch with our customer support team, who will be able to access your account to look into this further for you. 

If you can’t contact us on your phone, you can also reach us from a landline or another device.
