Northern Ireland no connection

I have just arrived in Northern Ireland and I have no connection. I have tried the help guide and checked my roaming settings but there is no network.

Any other ideas?

@KittyM  you’re not roaming in Northern Ireland there has to be a network issue there for you to not have a signal.  Have you tried just restarting the device? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As already suggested, Nothern Ireland is part of the UK and roaming doesn't apply there. Have you checked your area on the online coverage tool ? "Check coverage" for what service should be like there, and also "check status" for any temporary issues.
