Anyone else on here on the Kilfinnan mast in Scotland. No service for a week. EE have no information as to when it will be fixed, if indeed it is broken.

Are you posting regarding a WiFi issue, or a mobile network one?
WiFi is just a connection between a mobile device and a broadband router, has nothing to do with EE's mobile network. You can check for mobile network issues by selecting "check status" on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee
What device are you using, and what is the problem you're having?
